BH J BLOCK

These are used in conjunction with the BS95 P slide chair to lock the chair into the web of the rail These can also be handed Left & Right (but only on the first slide chair

BH L1 CHAIR

These are used to connect BS95R rail to the sleeper where there is limited clearance

BH M1 CHAIR

These are used to connect BS95R rail to the sleeper where there is limited clearance

BH P SLIDE CHAIR NEW

These are used to connect the stock rail to the sleepers. The switch rail then slide to give the opening for the turnout

These are used for parallel wing BS95R crossings

BH SKIRTED STR FISHPLATE

These are used to connect 2 lengths of BS95R rail together

BH STR PP FISHPLATE (FOR HOT CRANK)

These are serviceable fishplate that are used to hot crank to suit lifts that are over the standard lifts for BS95R rail sections for emergency works

BH U/C INSULATED TOE PLATE

These are used to hold the Toe of the turnout in the correct position & go underneath the Slide plate at the Toe. They have hole in to align with the holes in the slide chairs & stop end to prevent the rails moving & opening up the gauge. These are also insulated to protect the signalling system

BLACK 432 INSULATORS

These are used to between the rail, the chair & the rail clip, for insulating purposes 

BLACK FASTCLIP INSULATORS

These are used to between the rail & the chair for insulating purposes & guage adjustment for differing rail sections

BLUE 027 INSULATOR

These are used to between the rail, the chair & the rail clip, for insulating purposes

These are used under the nose of the crossing, these are available for all crossing angles

These are hold the P slide chair to the rail Used on BS95R rail only

CCVN 51mm CHECK CHAIR

These are used to hold 56e1 running rail to the sleeper when a BS95R check rail is being used. These have clearances of 41mm to 57mm & have special cast blocks with an angled hole

CCVN BLOCK + WASHER

These are the block & washers for CCVN chairs

Used to attached check rail to the running rail, we can supply to suit all rail sections

Drop forged FB 5/16 LIFTPLATE

For use on rail with differing wear to raise the lowest rail to the same head level to prevent the train wheel from knocking on the top & damaging the wheels/rails
