Rebecca joined KGJ Price Railway Contractors in December 2019, bringing extensive experience in office management, planning, and administration. Born and raised in Bedwas the home of KGJ Price. Rebecca has built her career on a strong foundation of professional knowledge, a commitment to high standards, and a determination to excel within the rail and construction industry.

Following her promotion to General Manager, Rebecca now plays a key role in the day-to-day management of the business. She is responsible for overseeing business support functions and office operations, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring that company policies, procedures, and systems are implemented consistently across the organisation.

Rebecca continues to manage company-wide training and Sentinel coordination in full compliance with Sentinel Scheme Rules, while also providing strategic and operational support to all departments. Her role includes line management of administrative staff, coordination of staff welfare processes, and liaison with external HR and IT partners to support effective business operations.
